Mike’s journey began in litigation support, where he developed a strong foundation in handling complex data challenges. Over time, he transitioned into broader information governance roles, eventually focusing on Microsoft 365’s compliance capabilities. Today, he works full-time in M365 for a law firm. On the side, he helps organizations navigate the evolving landscape of digital compliance—offering tailored training, strategic consulting, and learning content for M365 Purview, eDiscovery, retention policies, and data management.
